Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

Welcome to TXG Home! The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to TXG Home, owner Jason Brohmann. By visiting our website or purchasing a product, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs").

SECTION 1 – CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

By placing an order in the shop, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods. The contract is only concluded when we accept your order through an order confirmation by e-mail or dispatch the goods. You confirm that you are at least of legal age in your country of residence.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS AND REPRESENTATION

We strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. Since screens display colors differently, we cannot guarantee an exact match. Product descriptions and prices may change at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 3 – PRICES AND PAYMENT (SMALL BUSINESS REGULATION)

The stated prices are final prices. In accordance with § 19 UStG (Small Business Regulation), no VAT is charged and therefore not shown on the invoice. Payment is made via the service providers offered in the checkout (e.g. PayPal, Klarna, credit card).

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates. As we work with an efficient direct shipping model, delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days. Should there be any delays, we will inform you immediately. We, as the seller, bear the shipping risk until the goods are handed over to you.

SECTION 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. In addition, we grant a voluntary return guarantee of a total of 30 days (details can be found in the separate withdrawal policy).

SECTION 6 – WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

The statutory liability for defects applies. We are liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence. For simple negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website (texts, images, logos) is the property of TXG Home or our partners. Any use or reproduction without our express written permission is prohibited.

SECTION 8 – APPLICABLE LAW

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, the registered office of TXG Home.
